Our Lean Readiness Assessment Process helps you determine how to best take advantage of Lean in your company to accelerate performance and improve customer satisfaction. We learn about the fundamentals of your business,listen to you to understand the challenges you face, provide a day of executive education for your management team and then work with you develop a realistic roadmap for getting started.  The roadmap will contain a combination of training, coaching and implementation for Kaikaku and Kaizen (see below).

Kaikaku is a method for quickly redesigning a business system for an immediate performance breakthrough. We teach this process to a cross-functional change team of high-level managers and other key stakeholders and then coach them through the entire process. Unlike traditional Lean that merely map workflows, we use a 5D model that also covers knowledge management, product architectures, organizational structure and cultural obstacles.

Our Kaizen service provides training and coaching to help your company set up a system for non-stop learning and innovation across the organization. We teach you how to involve all employees in making the business more competitive and how to focus on the challenges that have the highest impact on your business and your customers.

We provide Leadership coaching to address a wide range of challenging topics, including goal-setting and performance evaluations, what to do with leaders/managers who have difficulty adapting to a new way of working, how to establish a culture of reflection and learning, and how to track the financial results of the Lean effort.
